Stay Healthy.
Stay Up-to-date at home.
The AgeWise Maine Initiative’s mission is make getting your annual Flu and Covid immunizations easy. If you’re 60+ or a person with a disability and you can’t travel to an AgeWise Maine vaccine clinic in your area, you may be able to receive your vaccines at home.
Our team of registered nurses are currently scheduling home visits in communities across Maine.
Homebound Mainers can avoid arranging for transportation to a vaccine clinic. Get vaccinated in the comfort and safety of your home and focus on staying healthy and doing the things you love.
Anyone in your home – regardless of age – may receive routine annual Covid-19 and Flu immunizations from our traveling RN team.
Request an at home vaccination
Would you prefer to receive your annual vaccinations at home? Are you homebound or facing circumstances that will keep you from traveling to an AgeWise vaccine clinic? Use this form to request a home visit by a traveling RN.
As AgeWise gathers interest from several members of your community, we’ll call you to schedule a home visit. You can expect a call 2-3 weeks from when you request the at-home vaccination. Our small team of traveling nurses will be scheduling appointments in communities around Maine – please be patient as we work hard to mobilize our nursing team around the state as quickly as possible.
